The Wirtschaftsakademie Schleswig-Holstein acts as a partner for individual businesses, focussing on custom-made vocational trainings. As the working places of the businesses vary that the Wirtschaftsakademie works with In-house schoolings are being offered, bringing the education to the business and to its working environment. 

All seminars and courses in the section Anpassungs- und Aufstiegsfortbildung are also being offered as In-house schoolings. All participants obtain a certificate after completing the course.

The modular design principle

The different courses of the Anpassungsforbildung and schlanken Konzepte, a programme consisting of many short trainings of the DIHK, can be combined according to the individual focus of the business.
